At Ariat Tents & Events, we are committed to providing exceptional service and high-quality products. Please review the following policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and deposits carefully before making a reservation.

All sales are final. Under normal circumstances, Ariat Tents & Events does not issue refunds for any rental services or products. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we have established the following guidelines to accommodate changes to your event plans.

All deposits made to secure a reservation are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies to all cancellations, including those caused by unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or pandemics (such as COVID-19). Deposits are required to guarantee the availability of your requested equipment and to cover initial administrative costs.

If you choose to cancel your reservation, or if adverse weather conditions prevent the safe installation of rented equipment, a refund will not be issued. Instead, we offer a Rain-Check option to hold your funds for future use.

• Validity: Rain-checks are valid for exactly one (1) year from the original event date.

• Usage: The retained funds may be applied toward any future rental with Ariat Tents & Events during the one-year period.

• Non-Transferable: Rain-checks are strictly non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the individual or organization that made the original reservation.

If you need to reschedule your rental to a different date within your one-year rain-check period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date; however, all rescheduled events are entirely subject to equipment availability.

• No Setup or Breakdown Included: Our standard service covers the drop-off and retrieval of items only; it does not include the setup or breakdown of rented equipment.
• Pickup Condition: At the scheduled time of pickup, we kindly ask that all tables, chairs, and other rental equipment be neatly stacked and organized at the original delivery point. All items must mirror the exact condition and organization in which they were received.

To ensure timely and reliable service, the following fees and conditions apply to reservations and transportation:

• Standard Delivery & Pickup: A $100.00 fee applies for all standard deliveries and pickups located within a 30-minute radius of zip code 77471.
• Short-Notice Bookings: Reservations made three (3) days or less prior to the event date are subject to an additional $100.00 rush fee, which is applied on top of the Standard Delivery Fee. Please contact us directly to confirm pricing and equipment availability for short-notice events.

By placing a deposit and making a reservation with Ariat Tents & Events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and all accompanying Terms and Conditions. It is the customer's responsibility to review these terms prior to booking.

Ariat Tents & Events reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing the policy on our website or contacting our team directly for the most up-to-date information.
